Our terms, details, and conditions regarding purchases, shipping, and custom orders. Contact us if you have a special order or need help putting together a prop money budget.
Shipping
We ship Every business Day. U.S. Buyers, Orders confirmed before 3:00 Eastern will usually be shipped that day. We offer FREE shipping via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and insurance, to confirmed U.S. addresses.
Expedited Shipping with UPS or FedEx is Available. Rates are quoted from their websites and based on weight, dimension, and zip code. We usually ship via freight for pallet sized orders. Delivery Dates are quoted from the carrier website.
International Buyers
International buyers, please contact us before making a purchase, in order to get international shipping rate options. We will invoice for your prop order plus your choice of shipping options. Let us know what props you need and your shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or international fees due to customs, taxes, carrier, or other circumstances. For more details, Visit our Shipping page.
Secure Payment and Buyer Protection through PayPal
We accept payment through PayPal because they Are the Most Trusted and Secure Payment method available, Accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks, and offer Buyer Protection so you are secure in knowing that you will receive what you order.
Contact us if you can not use PayPal and we will look into another option for you. We must have payment confirmation before we can print a shipping label and ship your props.
After shipping, we can not be responsible for delivery delays or circumstances, such as weather, etc. incurred by the chosen carrier. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your props ship.

Custom Creations
We can create custom, special order bills or use your artwork for unique, specially designed money props, promotional certificates, etc. There is a time schedule and a minimum for custom design and/or printing. We can do smaller quantities with high quality digital printing. Contact us with your needs and we will be happy to get you an estimate. We provide High Quality, Versitile, and Legal Printed Props. All laws concerning legal images and graphics in creating artwork for printed props will be observed.
Returns and Exchanges
Hollywood Prop Sellers offers a 100% money back guarantee for all orders up to $100.00. Larger orders may be eligible for an exchange. All returns must be received within 14 days of purchase and returned in their original condition. Please contact us for any return issues or return requests. We will gladly work with you to resolve any issues. We can not be responsible for carrier delays, but will be available to help with any delivery challenges that may arise.
Large Quantity and Custom Prop Builds
Large production prices and estimates are available at your request. Just let us know what you need to create and we can help put together a plan. From filling a brief case to a whole arena, we've got you covered. Custom builds, very large lots, and special orders require half payment up front and half before shipping. Rentals are available for special orders only. These are paper props and are usually not rented. As we are the prop money source for many prop companies, it can be cheaper to purchase them than to pay deposits, rental, and re-shipping fees. Let us know your needs and we will consider all possibilities and help in any way we can.
We Provide Legal Motion Picture Money without the use of reproductions, replicas, or manipulated illustrations of real U.S. currency. We maintain an active relationship with the U.S. Secret Service and keep our props within required legal parameters. Beware of digitally printed, copied or slightly altered, graphics and images of real currency. They have been digitally printed and sold as props on the internet. If the bills look just like real currency, they are illegal. Contact us for more information about the legal design, printing, and use of prop currency.
